How-to use and apply search filters

When you are searching for properties, you can also set your search preferences using our filters options. After you have started a search and you are on a map search view, you will see filter options such as Price, Beds, Baths, Home Type, and More at the top of the screen under the search bar.

 

Clicking on the options lets you add additional criteria so you can find exactly the type of property you are searching for.

 

When you have selected all the options, you will see the immediate changes. You can save your search, start browsing the options and connect with an agent, or move the map view to also pinpoint the exact specific area you are looking for (zooming in and out will also change the options).
