No. If you are a homebuyer, the seller pays commissions to both the buying and selling agents. If you are a seller, you’ll be responsible for paying the standard 4-6 percent commission from the final sale price, which is split between the buyer and seller agents. However, you will not be responsible for any additional fees to OJO for working with an OJO Select Network agent.
