If you’re buying or selling:
- How long have you been an agent?
- Are you a part-time or full-time agent?
- How long have you been an agent?
- How well do you know the area?
- Can you provide references?
- What is your current availability?
- Will I be working directly with you or do you have a team?
If you’re buying:
- What is your plan for helping me find a home?
- How long does it usually take your clients to find a home?
- Do you have lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and title companies that you have relationships with?
If you’re selling:
- What is your plan for helping me sell my home?
- How long does it typically take you to sell a home?
- How many homes have you sold that are priced similarly to mine?
- How do you price homes?
