The property estimate can also be adjusted by clicking any X shown on a property to the left of the home within the Comparable Homes section. By removing these comparables, that will increase or decrease the value based on those nearby homes.
You have the option to compare homes by selecting "For Sale," "Recently Sold," or "My Last Viewed" option in the drop-down menu.
